The TURN series is a group of kinetic sculpture that uses surplus and reclaimed
material such as plywood and hardwood flooring, metal and plastics to create
functional objects that serve multiple purposes simply by flipping or twisting them.

Recycling, interaction with design, and transforming spaces were key goals. A
limited edition series of each TURN object is produced from each lot of reclaimed
material, or they can be ordered using sustainable plywood made of bamboo.
Customers may also work with us to shape their own design and send their
own heirloom material or any extra supplies from a recent renovation to be
used to make into a personal, unique piece.

All of our products are designed and manufactured here in California and Southern Oregon, with reclaimed and surplus materials from within a 100 mile radius of manufacturing.

TURN was an official selection of the Pasadena Museum of California Art 2007
Design Biennial. The exhibition was a juried cross section of the most innovative
and important design produced in the state over the previous 2 years.
