HATCHPOPS   Develops, initiates and promotes  non traditional   art   and performances    in   ABSENT and marginalized spaces  and environments.     

The  goal  is  to  offer    a     rewarding  control   using   anti- presentation  platforms  for  artists  that  practice   institutional critique  and vacancy.
